JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and hardworking individual that can help us tell our story.
Our Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with members of our marketing team and on-site teams to create content for our websites, social media channels, and marketing campaigns that drives traffic, engages internal and external customers, and builds brand awareness for our corporate brand and 45+ apartment communities.
Our ideal candidate is a storyteller, passionate about connecting with others, social media savvy, enjoys writing and graphic design, and has impeccable written communication skills. Someone that can stay organized and attentive to detail when managing multiple projects at once.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
  •  Designs and generates content and content libraries (original text, images, graphics, video, etc.) that is engaging and uses our brand voice for a variety of channels
  • Designs and produces ad campaign creative and copy (display ads, email marketing, etc.) based on profile of the property and audience
  • Utilizes property brand profiles to create and optimize prospect and resident communication
  • Creates editorial calendars and plans messaging, media, and content for all social media and digital channels
  • Optimizes & maintains content on social media profiles and digital business listings
  • Assists in social media marketing campaign planning and strategy
  • Increases social following/followers on corporate and property social channels
  • Monitors posts, comments, tags, mentions, DMs, etc. and works with Brand Marketing Specialist to respond
  • Continually improves content and strategy by measuring impact, analyzing data, and using insights and current best practices
  • Edits blog articles and newsletters
  • Creates flyers, newsletters, and other written/printed communication as requested by site teams
  • Supports other departments with content needs as requested
  
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:

Skills and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of social media marketing including, major social media marketing channels and social media KPIs
  • Familiarity using social media and digital marketing for growing brand awareness and driving engagement
  • Excellent writing, editing (text, images, video) and communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, detail- and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
